System analysis model of regional economy

This article is devoted to actual problems of systems research and analysis of the regional economy. This allows you to identify the characteristics of a particular region and create a system model analysis of its functioning.

Investigated the production of goods and services market in the region, agricultural production in the Kiev region to meet the needs of the population and exports outside the region, the structure of income and spending in the region. Calculated disposable income and spending in the region per capita.

It is proved that the socio-demographic, natural resource, logistical, technical, information and ecological potential impact on socio-economic development of the region. Specified, regional development can only provide a systematic approach to managing the economy of the region.

Socio-economic development of regions of Ukraine is uneven. This requires the development of effective mechanisms to encourage the development of their areas. Regional authorities must solve the problem of strategic management in various fields. The role of local government is growing. Analytical estimates and forecasting of socioeconomic development are of great importance in recent years.

Regions are open socio-economic systems that share resources and information with each other and their environment.

The purpose of the study – covering theoretical and practical aspects of creating a model system analysis of regional economic development, research from the perspective of the whole system, consisting of subsystems that nonlinear influence each other.

There are two main types of models of economic development. The models of the first type of growth are seen as competitive, that all regions are competing for limited resources, and the development of the national economy is seen as the result of the efficient allocation of resources between regions.

The first phase of system analysis of the region needs to determine the location of the region in the social and economic development of regions of Ukraine.

The economy of Kyiv region has no dominance of any one sector is quite diversified and less dependent on external markets than the economy of Ukraine.

Monitoring results of socio-economic development of the field of "economic efficiency" Kyiv region from 10th place in 2015 moved to 3rd place in 2016.

Integrated model (macromodel) the economy of the region includes blocks:

- production of goods and services market;

In 2016 the index of agricultural production compared to the year 2015 was 94.8%, including in agricultural enterprises – 92.0%, households – 103.5%. The proportion of households in the total production of livestock products accounted for respectively 30%, 51% and 15%.

- production of non-market services;

- people;

The population in the region amounted to 1732.6 thousand persons in 2016. The increase in population was exclusively due to net immigration – 2,940 people, while the recorded natural decrease – 2,572 persons.

The average number of unemployed people receiving unemployment benefits in 2016. amounted to 16.3 thousand. people.

- revenues and expenditures of the consolidated budget;

- basic balance correlation;

- показники соціально-економічного розвитку.

Analysis of economic development as an independent entity involves an assessment of economic growth, economic structure and analysis of financial and economic efficiency of economic activities of the region and the key subsystems of regional economy.

Analysis of social development includes a description of the situation in employment and a comparative assessment of the quality of life of the region, the importance of which is determined by a high impact on the socio-psychological climate in the region.

Important components of systems analysis model regional economy is the optimal management of potential (efficient use of resources and adaptation potential to changing conditions, quality management capacity, etc.); industrial processes; investment attractiveness of territories; environmental processes; processes of self-organization; quality human resources.
