The editorial board of the collection of scientific papers accepts, reviews, edits, and publishes scientific articles free of charge

Publication in the collection is free of charge for all authors. The editorial board does not charge any fees for the submission of manuscripts, their peer review, editorial processing, preparation for publication, or the posting of electronic versions of articles on the journal’s official website, for access to full-text publications, registration in databases, the preservation of open-access content, the distribution of mandatory copies to libraries in Ukraine, and the assignment of international digital identifiers (DOIs).

The costs associated with the preparation and publication of the collection are covered by funds from the publication’s sponsor, grant support, or other sources of funding that do not require financial contributions from the authors.

The editorial board ensures equal opportunities for the publication of research findings regardless of the authors’ financial status, adhering to the principles of open access and academic integrity.
