Copyright and Licensing

General Provisions

By submitting an article to the editorial board of the scientific journal "AIC Economics and Management", authors confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted to other publications and grant the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the Copyright Transfer Agreement.

Copyright

Authors retain all copyrights to their articles without restrictions while simultaneously granting the journal a non-exclusive license for publication, distribution, and indexing.

Authors have the right to:

- use article materials for educational and research purposes;

- include article materials in other personal works;

- deposit preprint, postprint, or published version of the article in institutional, disciplinary, or personal repositories;

- post articles on personal or institutional websites;

- distribute articles for non-commercial purposes.

 

Licensing

Creative Commons License

The journal "AIC Economics and Management" publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This license allows:

Share:

- copy and distribute the material in any medium or format;

- use the material for educational and research purposes.

Under the following conditions:

- attribution — you must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made;

- non-commercial use — the material cannot be used for commercial purposes;

- no derivatives — you may not distribute modified material.

First Publication Rights

Authors grant the journal the right of first publication, which allows the distribution of scientific material with attribution to authorship and primary publication in the scientific journal "AIC Economics and Management".

Open Access

All published materials are in open access and can be used by other researchers for non-commercial scientific purposes under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license requirements.

Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit any versions of their articles (preprint, postprint, or published version) in institutional, disciplinary, or personal repositories without embargo provided they indicate that the article was published in the journal "AIC Economics and Management" and specify the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

Additional Permissions

For systematic large-scale distribution or inclusion of the article in commercial publications, written permission from the editorial board is required.

Mandatory Citation

Any use of materials requires mandatory attribution of the article's source data in the scientific publication "AIC Economics and Management" and reference to the license.

Copyright Clarification

Important: The specified copyright terms apply exclusively to published content and are separate from copyright on the journal's website design. Copyright terms do not conflict with the journal's licensing terms or open access policy.

Initial copyright to the article belongs to the authors. Creative Commons license terms do not apply to copyright holders (authors), who may use their works without the restrictions imposed by the license.
