The features of sale of grain by agricultural commodity producers in Ukraine are generalized in the article.The relations between contractors are described and the methods of their improvement are offered. Reasons of origin of problems are specified for realization of products in market conditions. The dynamics of realization of corn cultures by agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is analysed. The conflicts of agricultural enterprises with market contractors are identified during realization of products of plant-grower. The ductings of realization of grain and basic problems of agrokholdings in relation of harvest storage are investigated. The necessity of introduction of ware-house certificates is well-proven for economic practice of trade organizations as effective instrument of transfer of propert right on grain.
