The necessity of combination of the market and state economic adjusting of agroproductive production, adequate to the modern transformations at the domestic and world market of agroproductivity is well-proven in the article. Foreign experience of the market and state adjusting of agroproductive market and suggestions developed in relation to its possible adaptation to the terms of our country are generalized. Effectiveness of existent measures of government economic control of agroproductive market is systematized and suggestions as for modernization of forms, methods and mechanisms of government economic control, in domestic practice are offered.
