The paper deals with modern condition in innovation provision of functioning agriculture enterprises with different forms of organizational and legislative management and property forms. Considerable attention is paid to considering the problem of non-availability of connection between the science and agricultural production which is one of the obstacles on the way to scientific developments propagation.

There has been analyzed the level of state financing of innovation provision of agriculture enterprises and their implementing into practice. The influence of state regulation on organizing innovation provision of agricultural enterprises functioning is considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of efficient use of information resources. Measures on stimulating innovation products implementing into agriculture with scientific research institutions management methods are offered.
