Investment attractiveness as economic category
The approaches on the determination of essence of concept “investment potential” and “investment attractiveness” are generalized in the article. The features of display of investment attractiveness at the level of country, region and enterprise are systematized by the author. The basic constituents of investment attractiveness of agrarian enterprises are determined and connection between them is set. The factors of forming of investment climate of agricultural enterprises are identified. The features of display of investment attractiveness are systematized at the level of country, region and enterprise. Influence of economic conditions functioning and development of agricultural branch on the investment attractiveness of concrete subject are investigated. The necessity of development of measures on the increase of the investment effectiveness of enterprise of agrarian sector is grounded.
